Pilates / Yoga

This is a combination of yoga flow, Pilates, mobility/flexibility movements and C.A.Rs (controlled articular rotations). If you are looking to increase your flexibility, improve your coordination and concentration, improve your posture, and calm your mind. Pilates/Yoga is based on a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses. Classes are done to soothing music, creating a holistic workout that brings your body into a state of harmony and balance. No muscle group is overlooked or overused which will allow you to enjoy daily activities and sports with better performance and less chance of injury, In addition to the physical benefits, there are a number of other benefits to taking this class. It is a great way to de-stress, improve sleep and lower blood pressure. If you lead a busy life, it can be the perfect place to create some “me-time” and enjoy the quiet.
