This is not indoor cycling, it’s SPIN. This is the purest form of intense cardiovascular exercises coupled with the fun aspect of cycling. Our instructors know how to take advantage of the increasing resistance feature on our bikes to challenge even the most seasoned fitness veteran. Spin fast and to the beat of the song, or crank up that resistance to climb the tallest hill. Whatever the workout, it’s sure to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. For maximum effect – take no breaks in between to really feel the burn and shed those calories. If you need any help, your Smart Fit spinning instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves. Your seat should be level with your hip, and there should be a slight bend in your knee as you spin the pedals with your feet. This class burns up to 800 calories per session.
