She is opposed to fad diets, extreme measures and excessive cardio but will help you achieve results and become a happier, healthier and more confident version of yourself!
Qualified as a gym instructor, personal trainer and also in nutrition for weight management & performance, Katie also has qualified as a boxing and MMA coach and uses this to help some clients inject variety and fun into their training.
Katie also provides online training and nutrition services, in addition to face to face coaching.
